Team RYPE is a USAT-sanctioned triathlon club founded to inspire, support and educate women to participate in triathlons. By providing access to triathlon fitness and training plans, exclusive invites to clinics and events, and a fun, social environment we make sure you cross the finish line! Our group is made up of women who have only completed a sprint distance triathlon as well as those who have completed a full IRONMAN 140.6, so there is always someone to support you! Our focus is open-water swim races and challenging women to take their triathlon game to the next level. Workouts will build as the season goes on, and will be tailored to support the multi-sport events chosen for that season.
We are a group of awesome ladies who enjoy TRIing, encouraging others to TRI and having lots of fund while training and racing TRIathlons!

Training & Skills Clinics
Through our program you’ll receive access to training plans through Training Peaks, weekly training with the RYPE team, access to clinics for swimming, biking, running, nutrition, mental preparedness, injury prevention and more!
Take a break out of training attend one of our social events where you can have a little fun and possibly hear from a local race “celebrity” or one of our partners. Everyone is welcome at these events, and we encourage you to bring a friend to hear what RYPE is all about!
Receive discounts at various nutrition & gear business throughout the area.
You will be part of a community of multi-sport athletes who can “buddy” with you to provide insight and accountability.

My experience with RYPE taught me to dream bigger than my expectation; to never give up on myself because I can do amazing things and surround myself with people who will encourage me, support me and help me advance while also giving

Team RYPE Requirements
RYPE is committed to providing its members with an encouraging, supportive, and empowering experience. We provide instruction and the required training you need to get you across the finish line of the races we are supporting. With that in mind, we ask that each member possess the following:
Comfortable swimming 4 lengths of the pool (any stroke).
It doesn’t have to “be pretty”, we can work on that! However, we are not a learn-to-swim program.
Comfortable riding your bike on open roads, and able to maintain a speed of 12mph over a 30 min ride.
You don’t have to possess the skill of Major Taylor, but we want to ensure everyone’s safety on training rides and during clinics.
Comfortable run/walking for 20 minutes.
